Regional Homes was established in 2014, Bal has taken her business from a serviced office above a restaurant in June 2014 to a prominent standalone High Street Location in Smethwick, Birmingham in March 2015 and has consequently expanded further with a second branch in Wolverhampton in 2019 and with our recent expansion into London. Having been raised in a comfortable working-class family, Bal knew and understood what could be achieved through hard work and determination. Upon breaking away from family traditions and cultural norm, Bal reached a point in her life where she became overly familiar with continued various forms of deprivation, financial difficulty, general wellbeing, heartache, and stress.

Bal is a successful entrepreneur, public speaker, Published bestselling author and proud mother to 2 sons. Bal has also been featured as one of the “most admired global Indians 2021” in the International Pasion Vista business, luxury & lifestyle magazine but most known as the founder & CEO of Regional Homes Ltd. Bal has accomplished many achievements, her most recent is to be featured in the upcoming edition of CIO Times for “Five Most Dynamic Real Estate Leaders 2022”

It would, however, be remiss to gloss over the challenges that Regional Homes and Bal has faced in the years since the company’s establishment. Least of all are the challenges that Bal has faced as a woman in the industry and tackling biases that exist throughout. Ultimately, there are hurdles in simply being taken seriously, without having to prove expertise and experience and capability. “Thankfully, Regional Homes now stands by itself, having gained the respect of clients and peers. But it was not an unsubstantial challenge to overcome”.

Bal has also now positioned herself to be able to offer franchise opportunities of her company Regional Homes creating a further way to not only take the company to new heights on a national or global level but to give the opportunity back to others who wish to become successful entrepreneurs. Bal also celebrated becoming a published author where she has co-authored in the book “The New Woman” sharing a chapter of her life hoping to inspire her readers and making them reflect on the fact that we all have a choice and to not let fear get the better of you or stop you from making certain decisions or choices

Bal also commissioned a gift to the city of Wolverhampton in 2019, a 20ft wall mural depicting the founder of wolverhampton ‘lady Wulfruna’ known for her inspirational works in the city’s time of need.

Just as the people of Wolverhampton were in good hands with lady Wulfruna, Regional Homes ethos is aligned to this and is echoed in the company’s slogan “Knowing your home is in good hands”

These characteristics had served her well as a former officer of West Midlands Police and continues to serve her today in her quest as an estate agent Evangelist.

As a realistic optimist Bal continues her lifestyle with her resilient mindset by continually striving to be at the top of her game both in her personal & professional life.

Bal loves to give back through partnering with local educational authorities, providing support for the upcoming generation to give them the tools and experience required for a brighter future and increased prospects. This is done by providing work experience within her branches to students. Bal supports charities close to her heart and does this by means of fundraising, continuous donations, and support.
